Born in Brooklyn, Michele Frances Clark has grown up between New York, Maryland and Georgia. With a timid personality but lots of charm and ambition, she graduated as a visual artist from Maryland Institute College of Art. She then traveled to China, where she has perfected her skills with the National Chinese Circus Troupe.
Her talent took her to Taiwan and then to Europe, where her international career began. She has pioneered an original style of hula hoop performance that conquered the public’s soul, bringing her in her first year in Europe to the famed Festival du Cirque de Demain, a lifetime achievement goal for many artists in Circus. Seen already in many TV productions and Cabaret shows, her act, touching and mesmerizing, has a great success and a very good public response .
She is now based in Germany and the USA, alternating between her own work and projects in cooperation with BASE Berlin and GOP Variete.
